Best Ball Exposures ("we", "our", "us") operates the Best Ball Exposures web application at bestballexposures.com, the Best Ball Exposures mobile apps for iOS and Android, the Best Ball Exposures Chrome extension, and the Best Ball Arena. This policy explains what data we access, store, and publish, and the choices you have.

What the Chrome Extension Does

The Best Ball Exposures Chrome extension enhances your drafting experience on supported platforms (Underdog Fantasy, DraftKings) by displaying your portfolio exposure data alongside the draft board. It reads draft-room information visible to you on these sites — including the rosters in your draft pods — and, when you are signed in, syncs that roster data to your account so the web app and the Arena can use it.

Data Collection

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Chrome Extension

When you are signed in, the extension reads the roster data from draft rooms you participate in and writes it to our cloud storage (Supabase) so it is available across the service. Specifically:

• Your drafted rosters — the entries you draft on supported platforms.
• Other rosters in your draft pods — see "Rosters From Your Drafts" below.
• No browsing history outside of the supported draft sites is tracked or recorded.
• No platform account credentials are collected or stored.

Preferences and cached data are also stored locally on your device (see "Local Storage"). If you use the extension without signing in, roster data stays local to your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Web Application

If you create an account on the web app at bestballexposures.com, we collect:

• Email address — for authentication purposes.
• Portfolio data — rosters and settings synced to the cloud via Supabase.
• Subscription and payment status — managed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe processes payments and returns only subscription status to us.

This data is stored securely in Supabase and is used to provide the service. Without an account, all data remains local to your browser via IndexedDB.

Mobile Apps (iOS and Android)

The Best Ball Exposures mobile apps provide the same portfolio views, rankings, Arena, and a live-draft companion on both iOS and Android. When you use either app we may collect:

• Account information — you can sign in with email and password or with Google Sign-In, and on iOS with Sign in with Apple. Depending on the method you choose, we receive your email address and, where you permit it, your name. These are used solely to create and authenticate your account.
• Portfolio and rankings data — your synced rosters and custom rankings, stored in Supabase and tied to your account so they are available across the service.
• Purchase history — subscriptions purchased in the app are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS, or by Google through Google Play Billing on Android (see "Payments"). We store your subscription status linked to your account; we never receive or store your card details.
• No advertising identifiers — neither app collects the IDFA, the Android Advertising ID, or any other advertising identifier, and neither includes third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Live-Draft Capture (On Device)

The app's live-draft companion reads the draft board on your screen while you draft on a supported platform, using on-device text recognition to identify picks. On iOS this uses a screen broadcast extension with Apple's Vision framework; on Android it uses a screen-capture service with Google's on-device ML Kit text recognition. In both cases the screen content is processed entirely on your device to power the companion and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party. You start and stop this capture yourself, and your device shows its own capture indicator while it is running.

Notifications, Live Activities & Overlay

With your permission, the apps show live-draft status outside the app: on iOS through push notifications and Live Activities, and on Android through a foreground-service notification and an on-screen overlay bubble. Where a device push token is used, it serves only to deliver these updates and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed through the platform you purchase on:

• Web — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe processes payments and returns only subscription status to us.
• iOS app — purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using in-app purchase. Apple handles the transaction; we never see your payment details and receive only your resulting subscription status.
• Android app — purchases are processed by Google through Google Play Billing. Google handles the transaction; we never see your payment details and receive only your resulting subscription status.

Rosters From Your Drafts

Best-ball drafts are pods of multiple entrants. When you sync a draft, the draft data visible to you includes every roster in that pod — yours and your opponents'. We store these opponent rosters ("board teams") to power opponent context in your portfolio views and to populate the Best Ball Arena.

These rosters are stored and published without any owner identity attached — no names, emails, or platform account information. They are represented only by their players, draft slots, ADP, and archetype. If a roster in one of your pods is yours or someone requests its removal, see "Your Choices & Data Removal" below.

Best Ball Arena

The Best Ball Arena is a community feature where visitors vote on blind, head-to-head roster matchups, and teams are ranked on a public leaderboard by their results. To make the Arena useful from day one, rosters stored in our database — both your own synced teams and the other rosters captured from your draft pods — are included in the Arena's voting pool and public leaderboard by default.

Publication is identity-free. An Arena roster shows only its players, draft slots, ADP, and archetype. It never shows an owner's name, email, or platform account, and no owner identity is displayed while voting or on the leaderboard.

You have two ways to remove a team from the Arena:

• Your own teams — use the account-level enrollment switch to remove your synced teams from the pool and leaderboard.
• Any roster — if you recognize a roster (for example, one from a pod you drafted in) and want it removed, submit a takedown request to bestballexposures@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) to save your preferences and cached portfolio data on your device. When you are not signed in, this data stays on your device.

Host Permissions

The extension requests access to the following domains solely to read draft-room data and provide portfolio context:

• www.draftkings.com
• api.draftkings.com

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and cloud storage for roster and Arena data (web and app)
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (web)
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchase processing (iOS app)
• Google — Google Sign-In authentication (iOS and Android apps) and Google Play Billing purchase processing (Android app)
• Vercel Analytics — anonymous, cookie-free page-view metrics on the website only, with no personal data. The mobile apps include no analytics or tracking services.

Your Choices & Data Removal

• Arena enrollment — remove your own teams from the Arena at any time via the enrollment switch in the app.
• Takedown requests — request removal of any roster from the Arena by emailing us.
• Account deletion — delete your account and synced data directly in the Android app, the iOS app, or the web app, or request deletion by emailing us. Full instructions: Delete Your Account or Data.
• Partial data deletion — you do not have to close your account to have data removed. Email us to request removal of specific rosters, specific Arena teams, or all of your synced portfolio data while keeping your account active. See Delete Your Account or Data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
