These terms govern your use of the Best Ball Exposures web application at bestballexposures.com, the Best Ball Exposures Chrome extension, and the Best Ball Arena (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Best Ball Exposures provides portfolio analytics for fantasy football best-ball drafts. The Service analyzes roster data you provide and displays exposure, archetype, stacking, and ADP information, and includes the Best Ball Arena, a community feature for blind head-to-head roster voting and public leaderboard ranking. The Service does not provide financial or gambling advice.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age where you live if it is higher, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet that age requirement. Best Ball Exposures is a companion tool for best-ball fantasy football drafting, which is meant for an adult audience, and we direct the Service to adults only. If we learn that someone under the required age has created an account, we will remove it. See our Age Suitability page for more.
You may use the Service without an account (guest mode with local data storage). Creating an account enables cloud storage and sync features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
From time to time we may offer free or discounted access (e.g., beta periods, creator promo codes). Promotional access may be modified or ended at our discretion with reasonable notice.
The Best Ball Arena is a community feature where visitors vote on blind, head-to-head roster matchups and teams are ranked on a public leaderboard. Rosters stored in our database, both your own synced teams and the other rosters captured from the draft pods you participate in ("board teams"), are included in the Arena's voting pool and public leaderboard by default. Publication is identity-free: an Arena roster shows only its players, draft slots, ADP, and archetype, never an owner's name, email, or platform account.
You can remove your own teams from the Arena at any time using the account-level enrollment switch. If you recognize any roster and want it removed, including one from a pod you drafted in, you may submit a takedown request to bestballexposures@gmail.com and we will remove it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of analytics, uptime, or uninterrupted access. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty. The Service provides analytical tools, not predictions or guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Ball Exposures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
