These terms govern your use of the Best Ball Exposures web application at bestballexposures.com and the Best Ball Exposures Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Best Ball Exposures provides portfolio analytics for fantasy football best-ball drafts. The Service analyzes roster data you provide and displays exposure, archetype, stacking, and ADP information. The Service does not provide financial or gambling advice.

Accounts

You may use the Service without an account (guest mode with local data storage). Creating an account enables cloud storage and sync features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Payment

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the end of their billing period.

Promotional Access

From time to time we may offer free or discounted access (e.g., beta periods, creator promo codes). Promotional access may be modified or ended at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Your Data

• You retain ownership of any roster data you upload or sync.
• We use your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any fantasy sports platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share your Pro account credentials with others.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of analytics, uptime, or uninterrupted access. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty — the Service provides analytical tools, not predictions or guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Ball Exposures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
